Installation & Setup

Installing Cimplicity is easy and can be installed to your machinery or equipment in
approximately 1 hour.

Install the System
Have the Basic kit installed by a mechanically minded installer (Installation diagrams
are included with each kit)

Connect to our database
Once installed, your Cimplicity unit will automatically connect to our dedicated Cimplicity
server, it’s as simple as that. As a part of our purchasing process you will receive a
registration ID.  Next log onto www.ciifm.com/cimplicity

Register
Enter your registration ID to access the primary Cimplicity database, then enter your
email address and create a password to enter your own secure database.

Assign Drivers
Your driver cards are also pre-registered and you will now see your list. Name each card
number with a driver’s name.  Swipe cards can then be handed to individual drivers. You
will also be able to rename equipment, and you’re done.

User Reports
The reports will begin to arrive automatically and all the driver names and equipment ID’s
will be displayed.

Cimplicity Support

Depending on which package you choose the Cimplicity hardware will come with a
fixed term of support, this is a minimum of 3 years.

At the end of this term you can extend the support package as required.

The support includes unlimited email support to our Helpdesk. If you need to call
the Helpdesk then there will be an additional charge.
